In the US in 2021, 34% of femicides were by partners (Bur. Just. Stats., Female Murder Victims and Victim-Offender Relationship); although high and a very serious problem, this is still only a minority. In 67-80% of partner or ex-partner homicides there was prior physical abuse by the male of the female regardless of which partner is killed; and poverty, low educational level, unemployment, alcohol and drug abuse, and young age are risk factors (Criminal Justice, Intimate Partner Homicide). DuCoeur does not fit this profile for the most part, and he doesn't fit the personality profile for anti-social behaviour, as he is not an abnormal extravert, and is even an introvert. In the UK in 2022, 40% of femicides were by former, or about to be former, partners (FemicideCensus.org). Applying this to the US statistics, 27 % are by former, or about to be former, partners. Of these probably about half are former boyfriends. So there is no reason to suspect a former partner simply because he's a former partner, nor a current partner for that matter.

Shockingly, Kaylee's Uncle Nathan was a Neo-Nazi. At first I had thought it was probably only an unsubstantiated claim, but I recently looked into it, and it is verified. He is pictured at Clark College in Vancouver, Wash. in October 2010 wearing a swastika and defending a controversial ''white and proud'' flier he had distributed. The photo is from AP (Associated Press) and The Columbian and the information is on several websites. It is already shocking enough that he was a career criminal. Indeed, in a page of her diary (2 pages of which have been released) under ''Things I Value'' she excludes him.

About a year and a half after the tragedies the Gonçalves parents said that Steve, on Nov. 13, had Ramsay-Hunt syndrome and that he was treated in hospital. This was given as a reason for not going to the house that day. But a week later he appeared on TV with no signs of the illness even though it takes weeks or months to recover from.

The Halloween party of 2022, which was attended by the Idaho 4, Jack DuCoeur, DM, and others, may been a key event leading up to the tragedy. It's rumoured that DM was humiliated or hazed, and it's assumed that soon after she told the Aryan Knights, thru Quinn Kelly that Kaylee and/or Maddy had gotten rid of some 70,000 $ worth of drugs, which in turn led the prison gang to retaliate. However, a video uploaded by Maddy on Tik Tok on Oct. 30 of that year featured DM and was very critical of someone, possibly DM (Idaho 4, Part 14 (Pre-November Timeline, Amber Vance, You Tube), and this may have been the cause of the made-up story DM told the Aryan Knights thru her boyfriend, if indeed she had told them such a story. Also, it's not credible that Kaylee or Maddy would have been so antagonistic.

In Case Report CR29-22-2805 of Jan. 21, 2025 by Sy Ray, it says that several types of geofence and cell tower data releases were used during the course of the investigation, but Bryan Kohberger's device was not identified in any of them, and his phone was not turned off, it simply switched networks (True Crime Café with Dago, Dylan Mortensen Unredacted Gooch Interview Transcript Breakdown, at c. 47'-c. 51', You Tube). He also says FBI Special Agent Nick Ballance misreported the times they claim Mr. Kohberger was there, ''There is no evidence in the records the device was at or near the crime scene''. And in the Summary he states, ''1. The cell phone geolocations provided by the State in this investigation are intentionally misleading, plagued with omitted exculpatory evidence, and cannot be relied on to the slightest degree,'' that he has never seen such deviations from established standards and best practices (referring to Ballance's Final CAST Report), and that the absence of work product can only be attributed to one of two things: an overwhelming incompetent analysis or intentional concealment to hide exculpatory evidence'', etc. So his report is a scathing condemnation, but elsewhere he contradicts himself, saying that he believes Mr. Kohberger is guilty! , apparently basing himself on the unreliable transfer DNA allegedly found on the necessarily planted knife sheath.

Ray also claims that only 6% of the CDRs (call detail records) was mapped by the FBI, and only 18% was mapped by Mowery  in the time frame of 2-6 am on the night of Nov. 12 (Transcript of Sy Ray Testimony, Justice4Idaho4.substack.com). It is very significant the prosecution did not make any objections during his testimony and did not cross examine.

In the messages between Steve Gonçalves and Brat Norton, the former revealed that the Showalter family and the Mortensen family threatened him, telling him to look the other way or there would be consequences (True Crime Café with Dago, Dylan Mortensen Unredacted Gooch Interview Transcript Breakdown, at c. 1:23-25, You Tube), which implicates DM and JS.

There is a partnership between Homeland Security and De Sales U for criminal justice programs, and there is a 6-month period from when Mr. Kohberger resigns from his position as security guard at the Pleasant Valley High School to when he arrives at Pullman during which he is absent (The Verdict Room, Guest Truth and Neurons, BronxTails, c. 40-46', You Tube), which can be taken to be a period of some kind of training for a role in the DHS, so that instead of the FBI betraying Mr. Kohberger and forcing the guilty plea, it may be the DHS.

Cindy Barnhart, a disinformer and expert witness  for the prosecution, has a daughter who did gymnastics with Emma Bailey and is friends with her! (The Verdict Room, Guest Truth and Neurons, BronxTails, c. 1:22, You Tube).

Rosendahl's and Tisdale's presence close to 1122 King in that time frame was a unique occurrence, which makes it even more suspect.

Leah Larkin's expert-witness report stated there were documents the defense was not allowed to have regarding the IGG, which were: Othram protocols, SOP (standard operating procedure) data, validation studies, error logs, complete genome information, and DNA extracts. She also stated the FBI failed to preserve geneological work, which was: research trees, DNA match lists, shared DNA stats, longest DNA segment, etc. She stated, as well, that there were 2 different, contradictory SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) profiles, 1 by Othram (637,000 SNPs) and 1 by the FBI (1.5 mln. SNPs). And the FBI later admitted it had accessed geneological data bases without a court order. So, in other words, the whole IGG component of the investigation was invalid and should not have been admitted in a trial; such rejection would have sunk the prosecution's case. One of several major failings of the defense was accepting the DNA  on the knife sheath as belonging to Bryan Kohberger.

Caleb Jacobsen, a frat member, in his 2nd interview with the police, on Dec. 7, 2022, said that he had a feeling someone that he knew did it, that no random people went into the 1122 King house, a lot of people had a pass code, and the sliding door was left open.

Remembering that Tim McVeigh took the fall voluntarily, and was executed, it's (remotely) possible that Mr. Kohberger did the same in pleading guilty, but instead of the purpose being to cover for terrorism by the US gov't, it would be to protect informants and efforts against drug and human trafficking. If he was working for the DHS, it would be probably specifically HSI (Homeland Security Investigations), which was created in 2003 as half of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to focus on cross-border criminal activity, with the global mission of dismantling transnational criminal organizations (like drug cartels)(the other half of ICE being the notorious ERO [Enforcement and Removal Operations]).

Because of Bryan Kohberger's petition for PCR (post-conviction relief), a civil action, filed July 27, we now have a good idea of the reason for the puzzling plea deal of almost exactly 1 year ago. He claims that he was coerced and tricked into it by his lawyers with false information and the concealment of key exculpatory evidence, namely the hair in Ethan's hand, and has 4 witnesses: his immediate family. He claims his absolute innocence, as we have always maintained it, and gives a nod to Broken Plea in a phone interview with the New York Times and thanks us for our support of him.  Unfortunately, the withdrawal of a guilty plea rarely occurs, as it faces nearly insurmountable odds, and there is a heavy burden on the person who requests it. Mr. Kohberger also asked for a public defender. A judge is not obliged to have one appointed but Hippler did do this and on the very next day; both the granting and the swiftness are unusual for any judge, so it's a good sign. I would not hold out much hope for the success of the guilty plea being reversed and a trial then taking place, but there have already been 4 big surprises in this case: the plea deal, the reason for it, the granting of appointment of a public defender, and the swiftness of that granting. The next step, after the appointment of the new lawyer itself, is the review by the court at which point it will either dismiss the petition or send it to an evidentiary hearing. If it is then accepted, the court will vacate the plea deal and the trial will eventually take place. If not, it will be appealed to the Idaho Supreme Court. If it still is rejected, an appeal will be done to the US Supreme Court.

Someone who changes his story, like Sy Ray did, especially doing a 180, and contradicts himself so drastically and dramatically has little or no credibility and can't be trusted. He says now that there's AT & T can pin point the location of a cell phone to within 75' ! Even if that were true, why was he hiding it all this time and shouldn't he be charged with withholding evidence? Also, he says that particular evidence only indicates stalking and does not place Mr. Kohberger in or near the house at the time of the homicides. And he says that he was there 5 times and would easily blend in, but, of course, that's definitely not true because he would not fit in physically nor behaviourally. And if he was there, why hasn't anyone in the circle of friends and acquaintances of the victims ever contacted the police after the arrest to say, ''Hey, I've seen him before, he was at the house'' ?  Ray's bizarre claims would not survive in court. He has betrayed the defense apparently for business reasons and his 100$ book.

It is ironic that one of the textbooks Mr. Kohberger was using in his PhD program was Why the Innocent Plead Guilty and the Guilty Go Free (and other paradoxes of the broken legal system), by Judge Jed Rakoff (Macmillan, 2021), which asks, 'How can we be proud of a system of justice that often pressures the innocent to plead guilty? How can we claim that justice is equal when we imprison thousands of poor black men for relatively modest crimes but rarely prosecute rich white executives who commit crimes having far greater impact? How can we applaud the Supreme Court’s ever-more-limited view of its duty to combat excesses by the president?'' The author is a leading authority on white-collar crime, has been a federal trial judge in New York for 24 years, and in addition has spent many years as a federal prosecutor and defense lawyer.

On Aug. 3 the new lawyer was assigned and his name is Greg Rauch, who has been with Magyar, Rauch, & Thie since 2006, based in Moscow. He attended Moscow High from 1994-98 and obtained a bachelor's from the U of Idaho in 2002 and a JD from the Th. Jeff. Law School in San Diego in 2005. He is a member of the Idaho Criminal Lawyers Association, the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and the Idaho State Bar. He is in private practice but was appointed because there would be a conflict of interest with a public defender. He is probably 46 years old.

Clare Sarah Allely et al, 2014, Neurodevelopmental and Psychosocial Risk Factors... (sciencedirect.com) have done a systematic study of the literature concerning a possible link between the autism spectrum and serial or mass murder and conclude, ''Despite an exhaustive search of as wide a range of international sources of data as possible, reports on fewer than 400 serial/mass killers were found since 1985, suggesting that serial and mass killings are rare. The most striking finding in our systematic review is the lack of rigorous research on mass and serial killers. All peer-reviewed papers are single case reports with only a few retrospective studies with larger numbers of subjects. The rarity of cases means that these individuals are unlikely to be part of general-population studies or even clinical studies, except those focussed on very atypical populations such as inmates of special hospitals for violent and mentally disordered offenders. In both the peer reviewed and non-peer-reviewed literature, detailed clinical accounts of diagnostic assessments using standardized tools were rare. Media reporting of violent crime committed by persons with symptoms associated with autism spectrum disorders may generate a harmful stereotype. This review highlights that although the percentage of individuals considered to have a neurodevelopmental disorder is higher than would be expected in the general population, this is nowhere near as high as indicated in the media.'' The percentage of people on the autistic spectrum in the study was only 28, which is way too low to indicate any connection. And in the abstract they say, ''Research into multiple and serial murders is in its infancy: there is a lack of rigorous studies and most of the literature is anecdotal and speculative.'' So the claim by a couple of the victims' families against WSU--which is frivolous in any case, as WSU cannot be held responsible for the alleged crimes of one of its students in another state, and there are no grounds for such a lawsuit at any rate since the alleged perpetrator has been proven innocent--that there is a connection between autism and mass or serial murder, is spurious and based on prejudice and stereotypes promulgated in the media.

True Crime Design on You Tube says that she received an email 2 ½ years ago which stated JJ Bailey ordered the hit on the house because of a debt of 700,000 $ owed him by Mr. Gonçalves on narcotics  proceeds and they should especially attack Kaylee. This was also said by a commentator under another video. And Mr. Gonçalves said that he had paid his debt around the time of the funeral. He may have had connections to a prison gang through his brother Nathan.  It was always suspected, and with good reason, that the militancy of Mr. Gonçalves in promoting the obvious fantasy of Mr. Kohberger's guilt was to draw attention away from some wrongdoing he was involved in. The debt of 700 grand or 70 grand morphed into drugs that Kaylee tossed into the toilet, perhaps because when much younger she had often thrown things in the toilet, as told by her mother Kristi. But Kaylee would never do anything so risky, and if you're going to get rid of that amount of drugs you would throw it in the garbage, as it would clog up the toilet. Also, the Gonçalves were the only family that didn't go to the house on learning of the tragedy and the reasons they gave for not doing so were never satisfactory. However, the claim is a serious one and is not made lightly but can't be solidly substantiated and remains supposition and suspicion, and it's unknown if True Crime Design is reliable. And it could be the debt concerned Hex, as mentioned in Relatives of the Victims.

In any case, the MPD and ISP behaved exactly as if a federal agency, the FBI and /or HSI, which were both involved in the case, invoked the pretext of national security and instructed them to only go through the motions and avoid incriminating anyone. And DM and BF spoke exactly as if they were instructed by the FBI and/or HSI, invoking the pretext of national security,  to avoid incriminating anyone, or were threatened by the prison gang, so they made up nonsensical stories, changed their stories, and contradicted themselves, all of of which was, of course, accepted by the police, who were under orders from the feds in the 1st case, or compromised or tainted in the 2nd. It's possible DM and/or BF called 911 as the tragedy unfolded or shortly after (recall the 5th Victim), and the noon 911 call was staged. Also, neighbours saw Chief Fry at the house at around 7 am.

We know HSI was involved because of interviews that were done by ISP Detective Matt Wernsing and HSI

TFO (Homeland Security Investigations Task Force Officer) Sage Collins.

Steve and Kristi Gonçalves founded a company in 2014 called Cloud 7 VIPS, the former being director and the latter president, based in Rathdrum, Id., and a Marsha Siha from Texas, whose maiden name is Dasch, was incorporator, and she operates dozens of companies under 1 address, which is a UPS station, a state of affairs which is suspicious. She is also a manager with Pacific Transglobal, which is located in Houston, and she lives in Austin.

The reason for the domestic battery charge against Alivea Gonçalves is that her husband climbed into bed with 1 of their daughters to help her go to sleep. This must have triggered a memory of child sexual abuse. Rachel Rager said that Kaylee mentioned a childhood trauma she had. Looks like there are skeletons in the closet.
