1. It is not possible that a criminal using a knife to commit a crime would accidentally leave the sheath behind, as he would be wearing a belt to which the sheath is attached by means of a slot or loop in the sheath into which the belt is inserted, making it impossible to lose. Claims that Mr. Kohberger left it there on purpose for one reason or another are implausible, illogical, and don't hold water, and amount to speculation, which is not even admissible in court. This is proof he was framed. Furthermore, his purchase of a ka-bar knife in 2022, the alleged murder weapon, is considered proof of guilt, but about 1000 such knives were purchased that year in the Moscow area, and he had purchased equipment for his hikes, including bear mace in case he encountered bears, and, presumably, if he had bought a sporting knife, it would be for this purpose. On top of that, it has not been confirmed that this is indeed the murder weapon

As well, the chain-of-custody for the knife sheath is seriously suspect and compromised and should be inadmissible, but the hearings had Judge Hippler functioning as a prosecutor, and the trial would have been the same, and he would have ruled it admissible.

2. The DNA found on the knife sheath at the crime scene is of the transfer type, which is notoriously unreliable and has been rejected in several judicial cases, and experts agree it has little or no evidentiary value. On top of that, the FBI possibly falsified the procedure, called IGG (Investigative Genetic Genealogy), and that's why there's no proof that it was done properly. And Payne said in court that the FBI did not say this DNA was Mr. Kohberger's, only that it should be looked at as a possibility. Also, the other labs found no DNA. In addition, there were 3 other instances of DNA at the crime scene that were not analyzed by the police, meaning that there was no follow-up; the defense had to have them analyzed (by independent labs), and all of them exclude Mr. Kohberger, and since these are blood samples, it is unlikely that they are just from men who were there as guests at one time or another. Furthermore, documents released in 2025 show that there was unkown DNA under the fingernails of all the victims, Maddy's door, the upper floor banister, upper stairwell wall, and the half wall. In fact, Mr. Kohberger was excluded from 10 of 11 DNA samples.

3. Cell phone location data, including AT&T's advanced timing records, indicate that Mr. Kohberger was never in the area in question, contrary to the claims and machinations of the police and the prosecution, who excluded key moments, a period of 7 minutes (from 2:47 to 2:54 a.m.), as noted by expert witness Sy Ray, who states the records do not support the analysis by FBI Spl. Agent Nick Ballance, who used only 1 tower when there were 2 or 3, and provided only 5% of the cell sites, all of which esculpate Mr. Kohberger. Lawyer Andrea Burkhardt did an analysis of cellphone location data and demonstrated them to be very questionable at best. The prosecutor acknowledged in court on July 2, 2025, that they have no evidence of direct contact between the defendant and any of the victims. And Mr. Kohberger did not “return” to the crime scene on the morning of the 13th. Records from the Washington Trust Bank show that he was using an ATM in Moscow at around 9 that morning.

4. His car was a white Elantra, but it was the wrong year and was heading in the opposite direction, and owning this type of vehicle is not evidence against him, contrary to the claims of some, as many people own them—there are 20,000 in this region. On top of that, the suspect car was not the same model as Mr. Kohberger's: the wheels were different and it had a sunroof and fog lights. In addition, they discovered that there was a front license plate, when the prosecutor said there wasn't one and therefore it was Mr. Kohberger's car, as he had a car from Pennsylvania, where it is not necessary to have a front license plate, but it is necessary in Idaho (Retroreflective, Julez True Crime Reactions, referring to TruCrime-X). The question of whether or not there was a front license plate was not mentioned before they had Mr. Kohberger in their sights. Mr. Kohberger changing his license plate 5 days after the murders (for which there is video from the DMV, where he was attended to by one Peggy Gunn, who was working there since about a year) was claimed to be evidence of guilt, but he was obliged to do so soon by law. Furthermore, at first, the car that the police was looking for was a Nissan, not a Hyundai. And 3 surveillance cameras disappeared at Gypsy Java, Mundy's Machine Shop, and Wasson Quarry. There are researchers on YouTube who have claimed that the car in question was green but appeared white, but this turned out to be wrong.

5. The hair found in Ethan's hand was examined macroscopically only, so there was no DNA analysis. What they did examine also pointed away from Mr. Kohberger because it was found to be too long and the wrong colour, which was ''blondish sandy brown'', as Brent Turvey described it. He also said it would be in the possession of the MPD and that the court could order it tested microscopically at any time. (Dr. Turvey Live... Custody Queens, You Tube).

6. The purchase of a k-bar knife and possibly a ski mask or something similar are not evidence against him, contrary to the claims of many, as many people bought the same items during the same time period and in the same area. If this were evidence of guilt, they should all be arrested.

7. There is no evidence against him in his car, in his apartment, nor his office in Washington State, nor in his family home in Pennsylvania, and there is no evidence he cleaned his car with bleach, but it is expected there would be if he had really committed the crimes.

8. It makes no sense that he would have destroyed evidence several weeks after the fact, much less at his home in Pennsylvania. If he had destroyed evidence, it would have been at most a few days later and at his home in Washington State. Also, there are many people who wear gloves to take out their garbage and who put it in their neighbour's trash, and the latter was a false claim anyways.

9. Since he has dyspraxia, he would be incapable of committing such a crime. He was even fired for failure to filet fish in one of his jobs because of this disorder. And it's implausible that one person could have done what he's accused of doing unless he were militarily trained, and even this could be called into question, so there were at least 2 perpetrators. This conspiracy thesis is also maintained by Brent Turvey, and has been suggested even by the notorious propagandist Howard Blum.

10. His self-portrait on the day of the tragedy is said to be evidence against him, but he had posted many such pictures at many different times.

11. There is no evidence that he had any contact with any of the victims and no evidence that he stalked any of them in any way, and he was never charged with this crime by the police nor the FBI, and the prosecution and police have confirmed this fact (press conference, starting at around 19:30 in the video, July 24, 2025, KTVB).

12. As the prosecutor admitted in court on July 2, 2025, there was no evidence of sexual assault or any other sexual component to these crimes, which he made clear to stop speculation. This completely contradicts a host of psychological "experts."

13. His work as a criminology student, where he conducted a survey and did an essay on the mentality of criminals, has nothing to do with his possible intention to commit a crime, and academics agree that this is perfectly normal during such a program of study. And researching Ted Bundy is also perfectly normal in such a program, especially for a student in Washington State, where Bundy operated. Both the police and the prosecution admitted that these studies had no connection to this case (news conference starting at c. 19:30 in the video, July 24, 2025, KTVB).

14. Contrary to the propaganda claiming that his firing as a TA was a trigger, he was fired after the tragedy, on November 19, not before.

15. The defense never said he was stargazing that night, which was a cloudy night. They simply said that he had a tendency to do so. He made trips in his car at night and sometimes stargazed. He was not able to provide an alibi because he was usually alone.

16. Contrary to the claims of many, who place him at the crime scenes in two other incidents, one in Pullman and the other in the case of Dana Smithers in Pennsylvania, he had alibis for both and was never charged for them by the police nor the FBI, and there is no evidence that he had ever committed any felony.

17. Mr. Kohberger has no motive for these crimes.

18. His family (his father Michael, jr., his mother MaryAnn, and his older sisters Amanda and Melissa) did not testify against him and were not about to do so, and they did not say they believed he was the culprit, again contrary to claims by the lynch mob. In fact, his attorney, Jason LaBar, chief public defender of Monroe County, said they believed him to be innocent and stated that they supported him. Additionally, police and prosecutors confirmed that they never received a report from the family (press briefing, July 24, 2025, KTVB). His mother (née Ragonese), a former teacher (at Pleasant Valley High, where her son attended), is interested in true crime and strongly opposes the death penalty. A 38-p. transcript of her interview withFBI special agents Eric Bailey, Jessica Mahoney, and Matthew Philipps on Dec. 30, 2022, in Pennsylvania, partially published in Broken Plea by Chris Whitcomb, says that she knew he was innocent, that the arrest was a mistake, and that he is her angel. It's also revealed that she advised her son to have a weapon against bears, as he intendedto do some hiking in Washington, but was was not if he had bought a knife for this purpose. She also says he is not angry, is not confrontational, does not hold grudges, and had a couple of girlfriends. His father, a former military officer and maintenance worker at his son's high school, says his son was framed (see the chapter "The Planted Sheath" in Patterson and Ward's book "The Idaho 4"). Amanda was forced to leave her job as a psychotherapist and Melissa was fired from her job as a psychotherapist in Union City, New Jersey because they are Bryan's sisters. Melissa broke her silence with a Jan. 3, 2026 NY Times interview, where she stated that he was not violent, they were proud of him for all that he had overcome, they maintain contacts with him, and they pray for the victims' families every day. He was strongly Catholic, like his family, but I don't know if he still is now. She did not write the book published under her name―it was a complete fake.

19. Mr. Kohberger holds an associate's degree in psychology from Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pa., obtained in 2018, and a bachelor's and master's degree in criminal justice from DeSales U in Center Valley, Pa., obtained in 2022. He was in a doctoral program in criminology at WSU, where he was a TA. He is considered particularly intelligent, with an above-average IQ. Therefore, it is unbelievable nonsense that he would have made so many fundamental errors of which he is accused. Even a person of average intelligence wouldn't make such mistakes.

20. Dr. Rachel Orr has stated and affirmed that he does not have antisocial personality disorder or anything similar, based on detailed interviews with him, his family members, teachers, co-employees, friends, and psychologists. Even the police and prosecutors have admitted that he has no criminal predisposition, no history of violence, and is not a budding serial killer (news conference, starting c. 19:30 in the video, July 24, 2025, KTVB). In addition, it is extremely rare for a person with an autistic spectrum disorder to commit murder, and it has never happened that one has committed a multiple murder, and it is the abnormal extraverts (sometimes called undercontrolled) who tend to display antisocial behaviour, according to scientific studies, e.g.: Pulkkinen, Lea, 1996, Female and male personality styles: a typological and developmental analysis, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology 70, 1288-1306; Robins, R. W., John, O. P., Caspi, A., Moffitt, T. E., & Stouthamer-Loeber, M., 1996, Resilient, overcontrolled, and undercontrolled boys: 3 replicable personality types? Journal of Personality and Social Psychology 70, 157-171; Scholte, R. H.J., van Lieshout, C.F.M., de Wit, C. A.M., van Aken, M. A.G., 2005, Adolescent personality types and subtypes and their psychosocial adjustment, Journal of Developmental Psychology 51, 258-286.

21. There is no sign of street-drug use in his apartment, his car, nor at the pool party he was invited to in July 2022, contrary to irresponsible, baseless, and unfounded speculation. There was no sign of Emma Bailey, a drug dealer, at this party, whom he was supposed to have met there. All of this demonstrates that he has not returned to his previous addiction (to heroin), which he left in 2016 after entering a drug rehab program after his friend Jeremy Saba deceased of an overdose.

22. Mr. Kohberger never asked if anyone else was arrested. His Pennsylvania lawyer, Jason LaBar, denied the rumour, which was spread by Brian Entin, one of the many propaganda journalists, who admitted it was unverified. What Mr. Kohberger said was that he expected to be exonerated.

23. Pappa Rodger was someone who posted comments on Facebook about the tragedy, including details that apparently only the perpetrator would have known, and stopped once Mr. Kohberger was apprehended. Many thought it was him, but obviously not, as he is not the culprit, and PR said he visited California, but Mr. Kohberger never did, and PR was interested in the budget of a school in Indiana, something that would not have interested Mr. Kohberger at all, and in addition, the police can have access to the personal information of users by search warrant but have never mentioned it. Even the police and the prosecutors confirmed it wasn't him (press conference, starting at around 19:30 in the video, July 24, 2025, KTVB). Also, it was said that, based on the photos, PR looked like Mr. Kohberger, but a comparison proves they are not the same person at all. There are those who believe PR was possibly a Moscow police officer or a federal agent.

24. According to a police report released on July 24, 2025, someone known only as HH, a reporter and victims' advocate, said, on Nov. 14, 2024, that she had information that would exonerate Mr. Kohberger. There was no follow up.

25. The case against him is entirely circumstantial and speculative, so there is no evidence linking him to the crimes, even if we accept the transfer DNA, and he is proven innocent beyond any doubt.

Why Was Kaylee Particularly Targeted?

There is a reason why Kaylee was attacked more than the others, but, of course, we don't know what it is. It could be the rumour about her getting rid of some 70,000 $ worth of drugs is true. It could be the rumour about her reporting narcotics use to the MPD is true. It could also be the rumour about her dating Rosendahl is true and that she dumped him when she found out he was married and that he didn't take it very well and that he had a bad temper. He was on duty that night in the area, with Jacob Teasdale, in plainclothes and an unmarked car. It could be also that she was an informant. There is new information that came out recently involving a police body cam outside the house where a policeman says, ''1 of the roommates was a CI'' (see The Last 24 - Was One of the Roommates a CI?). It's not that audible but it can still be made out except that some people hear ''victims'' instead of ''roommates''. I hear ''roommates.'' And AR Hayes says that a police officer taking a picture of Kaylee's cell phone and address was a check on her because she was a CI (My Idaho 4 Thought Checklist, YouTube). As an informant against drug dealers she would have been a target. However, it may have been DM who was the CI, since there were irregular aspects about her, including the fact that she was a sophomore, and sophomores are not allowed to live off-campus.

They may also have targeted Maddy and Xana as they were daughters of informants. Apparently, the U had a program of recruiting informants, and mysterious earlier student deaths with cover ups indicate they also were informants killed by a prison gang which often operates also outside of prison and commits mostly drug crimes and is Neo-Nazi, white supremacist, and terroristic. So why did they not eliminate Cara Kernodle and Ben Mogen? They may have been too well protected. But Whitcomb says there is no evidence any of the housemates were informants. But, of course, there is : the statement by that policeman.

In the street video-audio of Kaylee, Maddy, and Jack Showalter (Hoody Guy) are walking from the Corner Club to the grub truck, and Kaylee asks ''What did you say to Adam?'' and Maddy answers, ''I told him everything'' and Showalter says, ''They're going to get you for that'' (the last line is deleted from later versions). British psychic Revelation Sue (You Asked, So She Answered, You Tube), from one of her readings of the case, says what Maddy told Adam Lauda, the bartender at the Corner Club, were the rumours and gossip concerning DM and BF, and ''they'' were DM and BF.

Incidentally, what the students at the grub truck were watching on their i-tablets is a boxing match, and some of them had bet on it.

In an interview with Kaylee’s parents and the McDonoughs on the Interview Room, a propaganda channel on YouTube, in January 2023, her mother said that Kaylee was bold but not mean, boldness she apparently got from her father, and that she was very right-wing, so she would be against illegal drugs. She also says that Kaylee was a conspiracy realist, which isn’t surprising given that she was right-wing and which goes against the culture of conspiracy denial, of which her parents are ironically a part, though possibly only in this case.

In an interview with the police, 1 of her friends, Taylor Zrno, asserted Kaylee was not into drugs nor ''abnormally risky behaviour'' and also said that she drank moderately within the context of college, and described her as studious and a loyal friend, and said that there was no one she was weary about and that she had a ''very positive relationship'' with Jack DuCoeur. But she also said, like several others, that Kaylee did not get along very well with her parents, especially her mother. (Broken Plea Review Part 5 (Chp. 10-12), Amber Vance, You Tube).

Kaylee and her wide circle of female friends were known as the King Girls and included Taylor Zrno, Jordyn Quesnall, Bailey Dempster, Kassidee Wood, Jayden Smyth, Kallin Mai, Maya Clark, Peyton Campbell, Ashley Couch, Molly Grate, and perhaps a few others. Maya had worked at Extreme Networks and helped Kaylee get employment there. (Broken Plea Review Part 5 (Chp. 10-12), Amber Vance, You Tube).

It was also revealed at a lunch with several girls by Kaylee that she had 2 or 3 stalker incidents. She saw a shadow at the edge of the woods near her off-campus home, and another time she was followed into a store.

There are several suspicions surrounding Kaylee's multiple bank accounts with $10,000 in each, but Mr. Gonçalves confirmed that she had 6, but it’s possible she had more. In any case, having multiple bank accounts is entirely legitimate and happens often (Money Mystery: Kaylee’s Bank Accounts, Law Offices of Andrew Myers, YouTube).

Kaylee previously lived in the Whites apartment complex, located at 621 and 701 W. Taylor Ave. and owned by Palouse Properties, which are close to the campus as well as to Linda Lane, Walenta Drive, and King Road, but they didn't allow pets, so she had Murphy taken care of by Jack DuCoeur.

It was rumoured that Kaylee's necklace was sent to her father, and this is corroborated by Revelation Sue.

Ironically, Kaylee was a true crime buff and followed Olivia Battali on Tik Tok, who did an interview with the Gonçalves for her You Tube channel Chronicles of Olivia, and Steve Jr. married her.

Ironically also, her last posting on the Internet, which was on Instagram, had her picture with the caption, ''One lucky girl to be surrounded with these ppl. every day.''

An intriguing and key element to the whole story is a “5th victim” (What Happened to the Person Who Went to the Hospital? Unfiltered Lucky, YouTube). He was likely one of the perpetrators. Robyn Nance, hostess of the show ''Good Morning, Northwest,'' reported, “Four students have died, another is in the hospital,” in a news report on KXLY-TV, Channel 4, in Spokane on Nov. 13, 2022. Moscow Police Chief James Fry ignored it, so he never denied it. Apparently, a neighbour reported seeing a police car and an ambulance at the scene at 3:45 a.m. The Mayor of Moscow, Art Bettge, stated in an interview that he heard sirens that night. There may even have been footage at the hospital, but it has disappeared, but a screenshot of it may have been made. Also, in an Idaho State Police document, the 4 victims are numbered 2 to 5 (there are other places in the document where they are numbered 1 to 4 or 2 to 5). Police logs show that someone was transported to Gritman Hospital, but it was never revealed who it was nor why (Gritman was founded in 1897 by Dr. Ch. Gritman and is a private, nonprofit medical center affiliated with the U of Idaho and the U of Washington.) Of course, the whole story was covered up, which speaks volumes.

This reminds me of the news bulletin aired during a commercial break in an episode of The Monkees on September 12, 1966, where it was announced that a Beatle had died in a car accident. Nothing came of it, and the story was forgotten. Several people have signed affadavits regarding this matter. This is a topic I discuss on another page, “La théorie du sosie.”

Some say that the 5th 'victim' was a man named Nicolas Mowitch, who was found wandering on November 14 or 15, 2022, in Lewiston, Idaho, and claimed that he had been in a car accident, but a doctor stated that his injuries did not match those of such an incident. He died on November 19 in a hospital in Spokane. Apparently, two members of the Aryan Knights attended his funeral.

Post Delictum

Dylan Mortensen is by far the most suspicious character in this tragedy. She is at the very least an accessory after the fact. Her testimony is unreliable, as she herself admits she was intoxicated that night and wasn't sure if what she saw and heard was real or not. However, this is contradicted by Yesenia Rajo of Delta Zeta who said that DM was completely sober that night. Furthermore, her description of the man she allegedly saw could match hundreds or thousands of men in her town, and, besides, Mr. Kohberger definitely does not have bushy eyebrows—actors Andy Divine, Donald Moffat, and Karl Swenson, for example, do—compare them to Mr. Kohberger. On top of that, she was shown a picture of the suspect and couldn't identify him. And she changed her story 3 times. One wonders why the prosecutor would want her to testify on their behalf. On top of that, the statement ''I'm here to help'' was taken from an episode of Vampire Diaries, which she and a friend, Lakelynn McComas, were watching that night. In fact, most of her story was taken from that TV series, which indicates a prepared narrative. And the masked intruder with a knife dressed all in black may have been taken from an incident the year before in a house not too far away (which may have involved José Cruz, who was cleared thru DNA testing for this case).

The 8-hour gap before she and Bethany Funke called 911 is particularly suspicious and is another huge red flag, as is the 2 1/2-year delay before the release of the 911 recording, which may have been fake, as many people believe. The emergency dispatcher at the police station was Carolina Calvin. This gap was for clean-up, for which there was clear evidence, as Brent Turvey says, and for planning the narrative. Such a delay in alerting the police is a criminal offense.

The two grand jurors Mr. Gonçalves spoke to, according to him (Steve Gonçalves Solo Leaked Messages..., Sonia Dee, YouTube), said the other jurors believed DM should be investigated. They also said she heard everything and even admitted to texting on her phone, "I think someone killed them," but didn't report it. On top of that, they said her testimony was worthless and raised more questions than answers, and some were even saying she should be formally charged. They also said BF wasn't as shady as DM.

DM claimed the bloodied green jacket found in the spare room was not hers, but crime scene analysis determined that it was (the police handed it over to her as an item in her possession). The police (specifically ISP Detective Jeffrey Talbot) sprayed it with a substance that made it untestable! (There is a discrepancy, however, as it is also said, by Whitcomb, that they found a DNA mixture which they could not identify except for DM.) And her Van shoes match the latent footprint found at the crime scene.

On February 25, 2026, with the release of a certain document, we finally learned the name of the mysterious person who was added at 3:51 a.m. that night as a contact in Mortensen’s phone: Brittany Fernandez. But it’s inconsequential, and they wouldn’t have published it if that weren’t the case. But she is a woman of mystery, as we don’t know who she is, and the name might be fake.

The phone logs were released in March 2026, and they show that DM created 2 photos and 2 videos at 5:02 a.m., edited 1 video at 5:19 a.m., and created 1 photo at 6:25 a.m. So she was by no means asleep, contrary to what she says, nor was she in a state of frozen shock (which isn’t even a term in psychology or psychiatry), contrary to what the affidavit of probable cause states.

These phone records are heavily edited, so there is missing information. The prosecution wanted to exclude a lot of data, and the defense wanted it included.

Apparently, DM used Snapchat to send updates to someone at another location.

DM was interviewed 4 times at the police station: on Nov. 13 by Detective Lawrence Mowery; on the 17th by ISP Det. Victoria Gooch and MPD Captain Dustin Blaker; on Dec. 1 by Erin Williamson of the medical examiner’s office; and on Dec. 30 by detectives from the ISP.

According to police documents released July 23, 2025, Chief Fry took items out of the house himself in a U-Haul truck, placed them in a secure storage facility, and then released them to the families before anyone was even arrested, which is highly unusual and very suspect.

There is also a video showing two girls leaving a house and returning two hours later, and the jacket found outside that may have belonged to Maddy was handled by police officers without gloves and was thrown into the bushes, and it was not tested for DNA (The Girls, the Chaos, the Jacket - Booking with B with Custody Queens).

Bethany said in an interview with the police that DM owned and used an Alexa device which she kept in her room, but the police did not show any interest in it, and there are no documents nor recordings that disclose any evidence of it, but it could have recorded the events (Broken Plea Review, Part 3 (Chps. 6-8), Amber Vance, You Tube).

Relatives of the Victims

Two of the girls had relatives who were dealing in drugs : Cara Kernodle (née Northington), who was arrested just one week before the tragedy; Ben Mogen, of Norwegian descent; and Kory Hatrock, Maddy’s second mother, her first being Karen (née Caufield, who subsequently married Scott Laramie); and Xana’s father Jeff, of Irish descent. Nathan Gonçalves, one of Kaylee's 2 uncles (the other being Chris), was convicted for delivering methamphetamine and was also convicted for 2^nddegree manslaughter, assaulting his parents Steven A. and Cheryl, and burglary, but his drug conviction was overturned. The 1^st4 were represented by Anne Taylor, JD. Xana had a drug addiction but had overcome it.

Zach Cheeley was cousin to Maddy and 1^stcousin to Ben Mogen. He died of an opioid OD in 2016. He was the black sheep of the family and was in trouble with the law. He was in Kiv during the CIA-backed Maïdin Revolution of 2014. His family was very wealthy and the Wall St. Journal did a write-up on him. He attended the U of Id., as did both his grandfathers, one of who, David Kohli, was in a military secret agency. (Spooks and Vandals in Maddy's Bloodline, True Crime Design, You Tube).

Kaylee had 4 sisters―Samantha, Aubrey, Amber, and Alivea―and a brother, Stephen, Jr., but Samantha (the feminine variant of Samuel), who was the 1^stborn, is estranged from the family because she was born to another woman. Samantha's married name is Nelson, she was once in rehab, and she has a daughter. Kaylee is the middle child of the other 5. Xana had a sister named Jazzmin (who graduated cum laude at WASU in 2023, majoring in marketing and has a marketing career in Seattle) and a brother named Elijah, and Ethan was 1 of triplets, the others being Maizy and Hunter. Maddy was an only child.

Ethan's parents were Jim and Stacy (née Wells). The former stated that the tragedy had nothing to do with a love triangle or drugs. She also said the FBI had contacted them well before Kohberger was a suspect, meaning the agency had become involved in the case even before it was a federal matter. The Chapins said that 2 am was their ‘dark hour’, which corresponds to the timeline as reported by several amateur detectives.

The 4 victims' families grief is unimaginable.

The reason they are in favour of the official narrative is unknown.

Tunnels Under the House?

A survivor of sex trafficking, Kelly Patterson, who wrote the book From Trafficked to Treasured in 2018, said that she had dealt with tunnels and that they were used for shady activities. And there’s a rumour that there’s a tunnel under Scott Green’s house. There are tunnels in the city, but they’re mostly under buildings like the university; however, if there’s one under 1122 King, that would explain the lack of a blood trail. Crime Circus on YouTube apparently showed blueprints for these tunnels under the house in question, and Bubbly Waters shows a tunnel under Queen Road that leads to King Road (Queen Rd. Apts. Hidden Walkway).

She also speculates that a sex-trafficking network existed in this case, for several reasons, including the fact that these networks are usually associated with drug rings (Were Kaylee and Maddy forced into a ring? Surviving the Truth, YouTube). However, Kaylee and Maddy, at least, do not fit the profile of sex-traffick victims.

She also says Hunter Johnson looked and acted like a bodyguard for such a network. He's a rather suspicious character in the aftermath of the crime scene. There's a photo of him online where, along with two unidentified friends, he makes the sign of 4 (4 fingers held horizontally and together), which signifies a street gang and death. The same sign, but held vertically with the fingers spread apart, has its origins in the Mafia.

A comment under a Revelation Sue video, the 2^ndreading of Quinn Kelly, by Kristina27 under 85Taurus said a lady on Birdy's channel claimed there were tunnels there and that the door was in Bethany's closet and there is allegedly a picture of DM and QK in them.

In a body-cam video, a policeman says there is a basement under the house.

According to Turning Over Every Stone on You Tube (The Rad House), 1122 King Road was Scott Green's childhood home (which would be from '62-'69, since he was born in '62 and the family moved from Moscow to Boise in '69), so he grew up there, and his family owned it. And according to The House on King Road (EastIdahoNews.com, Dec. 22, 2022) the 1^stfloor was added in 2000.

The Strange Disappearance of Gabriella Vargas

Gabriella Vargas was an expert witness who had solved several otherwise unsolvable murders. She testified in a hearing for the Kohberger defense concerning IGG (Investigative Genetic Geneology), but afterwards she was interrogated, harassed, and intimidated at her home by the FBI, as alleged by Anne Taylor. The prosecutor Bill Thompson Jr. admitted to asking the FBI to intervene, which is highly iregular at best. And then she was never seen nor heard from again. (Why DNA Expert Dissappeared After FBI Visit - Andrew Meyers Law Offices, You Tube).

False Guilty Plea

Mr. Kohberger shocked almost everyone by pleading guilty on July 2. But such a plea is not necessarily a sign of guilt, and there are many cases where an innocent person was forced to do so. Several years ago, there was a TV report that said just that and gave specific examples. Also, the Innocence Project lists 31 such cases, including several for murder, one of which was a multiple murder. So we need another test of veracity: the plea must be consistent with the facts of the case. In Mr. Kohberger's case, the test fails. Therefore, we must consider it a false plea, so he made a deal with the devil. The reason for the plea, to escape the death penalty, is questionable, as there would be little chance of him being executed if he were convicted, because there would be appeals for years or decades (Ch. Fain, a case in Idaho, spent 18 years on death row before being exonerated in 2001 with DNA tests that excluded him from the crime), there have been in Idaho only 4 executions since 1977, the last one being in 2012, and usually this sentence is overturned, as Anne Taylor herself pointed out in her motion for a delay in 2025, and prolonged incarceration in maximum security is worse than death. The well-known and respected lawyer Mark Geragos said also that this plea makes no sense and doesn't understand it, pointing out the death penalty would not be a major problem. So the only viable conclusion is that the plea was extorted by the FBI by threatening violence against him and/or his parents or he was drugged by FBI agents. Proof of this can be gotten by private investigators or investigative journalists. The allocution is supposed to be required, so it's absence is yet another huge red flag. The reason he was not required to explain how he did it and why is that they knew he was innocent. The reasons given by the prosecution were totally nonsensical and do not hold water. Also, it's paradoxical : if he's not credible, then why believe his guilty plea?

The FBI has a long history of criminal activity, and the Teddy Deegan case, for example, may be very similar to the Kohberger case, as in the latter, it's possible it set someone up in order to protect one or more informants who were among the perpetrators of the crime and who were likely connected to a high-ranking official. In both cases, there was a conspiracy to commit murder, a conspiracy to frame someone, and a conspiracy to cover up the facts, but, of course, there are no conspiracies according to the culture of conspiracy denial, which is the driving force behind the belief that Kohberger is guilty. The Deegan case occurred in 1965 near Boston and involved his murder; the FBI made 4 innocent men patsies, who were sentenced to death but never executed and were exonerated 35 years later. The real culprits were Joe Barboza and Vince Flemmi. Barboza was the informant. He had ties to Michael Dukakis. There are other cases of corruption involving this agency, as noted by Howie Carr, author of Massachusetts Corruption, published in 2025. Dukakis served as a representative from Massachusetts from 1962 to 1970 and was elected governor of Massachusetts in 1974 on the promise not to raise local taxes. Naturally, he broke his promise. He was re-elected in 1983, but lost to Bush in 1988 in the presidential election.

Keeping in mind the fact that Odinist prison guards forced Richard Allen into a false confession, we can speculate that, instead of the FBI forcing the guilty plea on Mr. Kohberger, it was a prison gang, possibly the Aryan Knights. Certainly, for an innocent person to plead guilty to 4 counts of aggravated murder and without appeal and without a chance of parole, there would have to be unimaginable force applied to him.

Had this case gone to trial, as it normally would have and should have, Kohberger would have received the DP. Since 1973, in the United States alone, at least 185 people have been wrongfully sentenced to death. For every 8 executions in the United States, one death row inmate is exonerated, which amounts to 12.5% (DPIC Special Report, February 2021, deathpenaltyinfo.org). In contrast, the National Registry for Exonerations reports a total of 3646 exonerations from 1989 to 2024, with 55% involving murder convictions, which amounts to 2005, meaning approximately 1% of murder convictions are wrongful, as the total number of murders in the U.S. is about 700,000, and some half of these resulted in an arrest, with some half of those arrests leading to a conviction. Only 5% of murder exonerations involved the death penalty. Also, 4–6% of all cases result in a wrongful conviction (Wrongful Convictions - Patterns and Stats, wrongfulconvictionsinfosite.com). In any case, the DPIC states that 69% of wrongful convictions for murder involving the death penalty were caused by official misconduct (i.e., by the police, the prosecution, the FBI, prison guards, and/or the judge, which are mostly conspiracies), 68% by false testimony, 54% by both, and 83% by one or the other of these causes. In 22% of cases, exculpatory DNA evidence was ignored (neglected, in other words), as was the case in the Kohberger case (10 of 11 DNA samples exonerated the defendant)(33 Startling Wrongful Conviction Stats, thehighcourt.co). The NRE states that 71% of all wrongful convictions are caused by official misconduct. The vast majority of innocent death row inmates are therefore there by design, not by accident.

In the U.S., there are 16 states that have the death penalty, so in total, there have been perhaps around 600 people wrongfully convicted of murder since 1976, which works out to 12 per year. If we factor in the global population, of which the U.S. accounts for 5%, that comes to c. 12,000 people.

Alivea, one of Kaylee’s sisters, who lives in California, made a very abusive and shameful victim impact statement. Not surprisingly she was arrested for domestic battery in 2024 (Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, Booking Summary Report, Press Log). She should undergo anger management and sensitivity training. Her husband is Robby Stevenson, a producer (1 film) and post-production supervisor (4 TV series) in Hollywood, who she married in 2021. Kaylee and Maddy were bridesmaids; they were just coming off of a long period of estrangement one from the other, possibly about a month, but the family did not divulge the cause. They had known each other since 6^thgrade.

Who Did It?

There are plenty of highly plausible, highly probable alternative perpetrators : Aryan prison gangs, drug cartels, Greek Life, and the Christ Church. Video and audio from surveillance cameras are mostly inconclusive, as the audio is mostly unintelligible or difficult to understand, and chain of custody for them is a problem, so it is uncertain their true and correct status could be established in court. But efforts at enhancing the audio are nonetheless very useful. The exact time line varies and is uncertain and tells us little about who did it, but we can ascertain the homicides occurred some time between 2 and 4:30 am.

Greek Life

DM would be a potential suspect because the hair found at the crime scene was long enough to be a woman's and was probably the same colour as hers, and her Van shoes matched the latent footprint found at the crime scene. And there was the 8-hr. delay and the grand jury statements. Also, she coerced Kaylee into returning that weekend from her parents' or her aunts' where she was staying.As well, Whitcomb reveals in Broken Plea that unedited body-cam footage outside the house shows she did not shed any tears, which is why her face was blurred out, so she was only making sounds as if she was crying. And about a year later, DM and her boyfriend Quinn Kelly posted a photo with the caption “Jennifer’s Body,” which is a movey about a high school student possessed by a vampire (comment by Kimmy Peridore below the video ''Vampire Diaries, Dylan's Interview with Gooch'', Truth and Neurons, YouTube). And she grew up in a home where there was domestic violence.

As well, Dot claims DM was with Emma Bailey and Demetrius Robinson the morning after at around 9 am, acting as if everything was normal. (Dot and Brat Norton afterwards claimed the story was made-up, but Dot later claimed that the story itself was true, but that it wasn't her who was the witness but another woman, one who did not want to go public). See also Revelation Sue below.

DM is the one with the most evidence against her, and if she was a CI, as she may have been, she would be protected by LE.

Emma Bailey and Demetrius Robinson were charged with conspiracy to supply illegal drugs that led to the decease of Cayden Young, a U. of Idaho student and editor for the Argonaut, the university newspaper, and former president of the Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity, in Centralia, near Seattle, in March 2023, but their trial was canceled (for obscure reasons). It is possible that this same Mr. Young was writing about drug dealers and was murdered to silence him. Alpha Kappa Lambda was cited for abuse and violence and included among its members Nick Green, the son of Scott Green, president of the U of Idaho (who lived for a time at 1122 King Road), and Steve Gonçalves, Jr.

There was someone who tried to contact Jessica Kraus (Moscow Murders, Update 2, jessicareedkraus.substack.com) but was unable to do so; this person had a lot of information about the case and had photos of Quinn Kelly wearing a mask in a truck while holding a knife. This person was tracked down and threatened by the Moscow police, and his Twitter account was deleted along with all the information. He also mentioned that there was another homicide disguised as a suicide, involving a woman from the university. Police Chief James Fry was involved in targeting the whistleblower, which is not surprising, as he was already a criminal, having ordered his officers to strictly enforce the Covid measures—measures known even at the time to be tyranical, unconstitutional, illegal, plutocratic, unnecessary, ineffective, and inhuman. He received threats because of this criminality. And he was closely associated with Brett Payne. Fry, a graduate of the U of Idaho, retired as police chief, a position he had held since 2016, in 2024 and lost the election for sheriff of another town that same year.

Quinn Kelly posted photos as 'proof' that he was not in Moscow during the weekend in question, but anyone can repost photos of himself and claim that he's at home, and he says he was never in Moscow, which does not sound credible. His godfather is Tony Perazzo, who was convicted in 2023 for stabbing someone at a nightclub where he worked as a bouncer. Quinn’s father, Jeremy, was arrested for indecent exposure and is rumoured to have been connected to the Aryan Knights. Brent Mortensen, Dylan’s father, had defrauded his wife. (Idaho 4: Let's Meet the Neighbors, Bubbly Waters, YouTube).

Austin Agidius, who is from Boise, got a cut on his hand he says at around 8 pm Nov. 12. He explains that he was drunk and that it happened as he was trying to cut a frozen chicken paddy with his pocket knife, and he fell asleep at around 4 or 4:30 am that night, and went to Gritman for the wound at around 2 pm the next day, Nov. 13. However, he is right handed, and the cut was on the back of his right hand. He then said it might be instead from a broken window and that he doesn't remember which, and a friend said it was from the broken window. As well, he abruptly left the campus Sunday morning, and he drove a white sedan much like the one seen in the ring-cam video. The police interviewed him for only 14 mins. on Nov. 15, checked the medical records at the hospital, and went to his domicile and took a picture of the broken window. But they apparently did not check him for possible other injuries, and it is unknown if they talked to the alleged witnesses, who could have confirmed that it actually happened and which cause it was; if they had the knife blade analyzed; if they got DNA or fingerprints from him; if they talked to his family or other friends; or if they checked to see if he had a criminal record. His story is very suspicious and the police investigation into it is lacking or the results have not been divulged. Among the Bros : a Fraternity Crime Story by Max Marshall tells of murder, Xanax, drug rings, and overdoses. He says 70% of donations to universities come from Greek Life alumni and 80% of the elite come from it, that it affords an absence of consequences for criminal activity, one student dies from hazing every year and more die from alcohol- or drug-related use, and 40% of opioid overdoses involve Xanax.

Hudson Lindow, a 19-year-old student at the U of Idaho and a close friend of Ethan, was found deceased on May 1, 2022, near Greek Row. The police ruled it an accidental drowning and sealed the documents; FIA requests were denied. The suspicion is that he was killed during an initiation for Delta Tau Delta, the fraternity of Jake Schriger (Maddy's boyfriend), Jack Katovich, and Mason Barstow (Kaylee's new boyfriend after the break up with Jack DuCoeur), at its 90th Annual Dance. Maddy, Xana, and Ethan were there, and there are rumours that Loach was there as well.

Sigma Chi has a dark history of hazing, narcotics, rape, racial prejudice (its whites-only policy ended only in 1971), secrecy, cover-ups, scandals, lawsuits, and even murder (Exposing Sigma Chi, Criminally Human, YouTube). It was founded in 1855 at Miami U in Oxford, Ohio by 7 members split from Delta Kappa Epsilon and currently has 239 active chapters in the US and 5 in Canada, 152 alumni chapters, with over 15,000 active members and some 350,000 lifetime members and is headquartered in Evanston, Ill. Among its national members are Brad Pitt, Tom Selleck, Duke Wayne, Brian Dennehy, Woody Harrelson, David Letterman, Mike Holmgren, Bob Griese, Drew Brees, Sean Payton, and Mike Ditka. According to EducationDirectory.net it is the 2^ndlargest college fraternity and DTD is the 10^thlargest.

U of Idaho President Scott Green's fraternity, Kappa Sigma, founded in 1869, 1 of the world's 5 largest, also has a history of litigation against it and hazing and alcohol-related deaths. One such hazing tragedy inspired the 1977 film Fraternity Row, as well as the CSI episode "Pledging Mr. Johnson" and has been used in academic studies as a foundational case study of hazing risks, and the victim's parents filed a $750,000 damage suit against the fraternity.

Of the 10 sororities recognized by the U of Idaho, 2 were on disciplinary probation : Alpha Phi (to which Kaylee belonged) and Pi Beta Phi (to which Maddy and Xana belonged)(Idaho Murders : Victims sororities on probation for health and safety violations, FoxNews, Nov. 30, 2022). All 3 girls had already left their sororities, but DM and BF stayed in theirs.

Greek Life is for the most part horribly depraved and some, like me, believe it should be abolished.

Some 1600 U of Id. students were in Greek Life at the time, representing 23% of the 7000 students enrolled there in the fall of 2022 (EastIdahoNews.com, the House on King Road, Dec. 22, 2022).

Several Sigma Chi members who were friends of Ethan were interviewed by Detective Sergeant Michael Van Leuven of the ISP in November and December 2022. Videos or audio recordings of these interviews were uploaded to YouTube in April 2026 by a user named Connor following an FIA request. Conrad Harrison said that the culprit was likely someone from the Greek system. He also said that Adderall, a medication that is a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine prescribed to treat attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy, was commonly used among students, sold by other students who had been prescribed it, though this does not sound very credible and is presumably illegal anyway. Ethan had a very high level of this substance according to the toxicology report. Kelvin Cobbley said the culprit might be someone from the Greek system. John Felin stated that the culprit was possibly someone who had spoken to one of the girls and who himself had a k-bar knife. None of them mentioned that there had been an altercation between Ethan and someone else on the evening of the 12th at the Sigma Chi party (rumours have it that there was).

The perpetrators would have to have known the house very well, as it has a rather complex arrangement. In an early interview Kristi Gonçalves said the perpetrator knew Kaylee very well and might be at the vigil, but Steve Sr. said it's speculation (Father and siblings speak to CNN about investigation, YouTube). But it is worthy of noting that 70 % of homicides are by people who knew the victim.

David Loach and David Berriochoa, who had attended Bishop Kelly High School in Boise, are rumoured to have been planning the murder since then. The targets were Maddy, Xana, and Ethan. There may also have been a fight club, which apparently went terribly wrong due to drugs and alcohol. It would have happened around 2:00 or 2:30 a.m. instead of 4:00 a.m. Apparently, there were photos of these two Davids on the internet showing them with k-bar knives, but they have been deleted.

In addition, there was supposedly a 911 call around 3:00 a.m. that night from the Sigma Chi house, which is nearby, regarding some kind of incident, apparently a fight between members. Presumably, it was between Loach and Ethan.

The two Davids are said to have left the U.S. immediately afterward and settled in Spain, but Loach is on LinkedIn, where it says he graduated with a bachelor's in business administration in 2026. Berriochoa denies his guilt online; he has, however, made defamatory and totally baseless remarks against Charly Kirk after his assassination.

Since 4Chan is the source of this theory, many people don’t believe these claims, as it is a site with a bad reputation, but others point out that the details are credible. But this account on 4Chan, laced with obscene language, contradicts credible information that says Kaylee was indeed one of the targets, and, in fact, was the prinicpal target, as she was the one most attacked, and there is also the idea, credible or not, that there were 2 events, not just one. These 2 suspects were not investigated by the police.

Morrison, David Berrichoa’s father, is associated with a cleaning service, and Alison, his mother, was a paralegal and was once employed by Franklin Lee, who was the lawyer for Dan Estey, one of the owners of the property where the 5 students were staying (Zach McClure, Bethany, and David—Bubbly Waters, YouTube).

Jack DuCoeur was considered a suspect by many and was investigated as such, but he is vouched for by his family, especially his aunt Brooke Miller (who said that he was sad over the break-up, but that it was amiable and they were still good friends [NY Post, Dec. 24, 2022]), and also the Gonçalves family, and a friend of Kaylee, Jordyn Quesnall, said that there were no bad vibes between him and Kaylee and that he was a great guy. In the interview with the ISP he said that he didn't remember the 17 min. phone conversation with Kaylee that night, which isn't very credible, yet it's difficult to imagine why he would lie. But he was subjected to DNA and fingerprint testing and a polygraph test, although the fingerprints were submitted only in June 2025, and all his roommates corroborate his alibi, and he was cleared. He is the last person to be suspected of such crimes unless the relationship was conflictual, but it apparently wasn't. It is reported that he sought counseling after the break up (J. Embree, the Revealing Truth Search 39, You Tube).

Cole Barenberg, a member of Sigma Chi and an employee of SEL (Schweitzer Engineering Labs), was also considered a suspect by some, as he had a history of getting into fights and was expelled from the Corner Club on the night of the tragedy for harasssing some of the female patrons, and there was a confrontation with Jack DuCoeur because of this, but he was cleared by DNA testing.

Jack Showalter was also considered a suspect by some because of blood found in his dwelling, but it was possibly because of his hunting, and he was also cleared by DNA testing, and he had an alibi. Joe Vidot was at the food truck with Maddy, Kaylee, and Showalter, and said that he contacted the police to share what he knew about the case, but they didn’t call him back, so he went to the police station, where they asked him some questions. From what he knew, Showalter wasn’t one of the culprits.

Rosendahl was on duty that night in the same area along with Jacob Teasdale in plainclothes and in an unmarked Ford Fusion. They stopped the Band Field Boys, who were Saeed Ali, Peter Reagen, Ethan Knight, and Taylor Parkhill, all members of Alpha Kappa Lambda, to check for under-age drinking. There are photos where we see Reagan and Parkhill do the lateral 4-fingers sign. The video of this stop shows in the background 4 people walking rapidly away from 1122 King Road. Their identity is unknown. The Bandfield Boys were possibly look-outs. There was also a call at around 3:30 am that night concerning a disturbance at the Sigma Chi house, possibly a fight. Teasdale in his report, done before the homicides were discovered, says that he saw 3 or 4 people going towards the house and one was blond.

And the DHS was also directly involved in the investigation as we see not only from their interview with DM but also from Dcmt. 0020, whereupon HSI TFO (Homeland Security Investigations Task Force Officer) Sage Collins and ISP Detective Matt Wernsing interview a female witness who says that Xana's ex was expelled from the frat and from U of I, the interview taking place at the ISP District 3 Office in Ada County on Nov. 18, 2022 (Witness Tells ISP/HSI XK's ex..., Kathy's Indy Zone, YouTube).

A particularly strange aspect of the case is that on that day, students sent $6 via Venmo (which is like PayPal), including Molly Gray to Liz Katovich with the note “3:30 a.m.” and Ethan to his friend Jack Katovich, Liz’s brother; that same Jack, who was a member of Sigma Chi or Delta Tau Delta, was the 1^stto do so, donating $6 to Ethan’s GoFundMe.

It was stated that on the Monday after the tragedy Jack Katovich tweeted, “best weekend ever,” along with a photo of 3 deceased women and one deceased man (You Don’t Know Jack, meaww.com), which was corroborated in comments under a You Tube video. But this was not true (Jack K and Who Else Are the Murderers? sleuthinga.blogspot.com). The picture is a bizarre black and white drawing of robotic figures, 1 man with an X on his face and 3 women, none of them deceased, but there appears to be blood splatter in much of it, and the word ''goobers'' is written on it in all caps (meaning a naive, ignorant, or foolish person or a peanut or chocolate-covered peanut), and there's the statement ''Art dump time? Yeah''. The user name is dedly, and the person behind this account may be Ryan Moffet. The statement ''best weekend ever'' is for a picture of Moffet and 3 unidentified young men, and it's on Nov. 15, not Nov. 14. There is another posting by him that says, ''Am I proud? No. Am I sorry? Lmao, not in the least.'' It is unknown what he refers to. Another said ''Sigma rule # 1 : eliminate the biggest threat in the room.'' Dedly may be 1 of several trolls. In connection to this it has been suggested that the culprits were incels, i.e., misogynist incels. Katovich was starting a bachelor's in finance and graduated in 2026 (LinkedIn). Moffet was interviewed but not Katovich. The former graduated from the U of Idaho with a degree in marketing, was an Associate Account Manager for Pacific Medical, and is currently enrolled at Gonzaga U School of Law (LinkedIn). The latter is a Sigma Chi and Finance major at the U of Idaho (LinkedIn).

In Greek Life, the “Power of 6” refers to a concept where the perceived social status or influence of a fraternity or sorority is often based on a ranking system, with a select few of these groups at the top, sometimes called the “Big 6” or the “Top 3.” This ranking can impact a fraternity or sorority’s social status and influence within the Greek system.

But numerology is also prized in many criminal secret societies or criminal inner circles of these, which include not only the Freemasons, but also the Mafia, the KKK, the Knights of Malta, Skull & Bones, the Jesuits, and Opus Dei, among others. So we have 1122=6, 1113 (the date)=6, and 2022=6, which adds up to 666. As well, some Aryan Knights use 666, and M standing for murder and being the 13^thletter, is part of the group's symbolism.

It is also worth noting that these secret societies are largely similar to Greek Life and are closely linked to secret agencies, which are also part of organized crime; for example, the director of the CIA is usually a Knight of Malta. And the culture of conspiracy denial primarily serves to protect secret societies and secret agencies.

The symbolism in this case suggests ritual human sacrifice.

Rosendahl

Nathaneal Rosendahl was named as 1 of the culprits by Dot. He was investigated by the MPD Internal Affairs in 2023 for a Brady violation. He was the officer responding to a noise complaint at the house in September 2022, taking a picture of Kaylee's i-phone. He is a member of the Christ Church, a sort of theocratic, far-rightist, and particularly misogynistic group, led by the extremist pastor Douglas Wilson. It has 900 members in a city of 25,000, is one of the 3 founding members of the Communion (originally Confederation in 1998) of Evangelical Reformed Churches, and has affiliated institutions: the K-12 Logos School (which Rosendahl attended), the Canon Press publishing house, Greyfriars Hall (a non-accredited pastoral ministry program), the private New Saint Andrews College, and a podcast network. One of the grandmothers or aunts of the Idaho 4 is a member. It stands in contrast to Latah County in general, which is far-leftist, having voted for Biden-Harris in 2020. The CREC has 130 churches in 12 countries. Pete Hegseth, the U.S. Minister of Defense, is a member of one of them, the Pilgrim Hill Reformed Fellowship, in Tennessee, and he invited the controversial Pastor Wilson to speak at the Pentagon in January 2026 as one of many monthly invitees, a practice started in May 2025.

Revelation Sue

British psychic Revelation Sue/Revelation Tarot has done readings on all the major and some minor characters in this Greek tragedy, as it may be metaphorically called, with pun intended or not. Such readings are not necessarily accurate or factual, as she readily admits herself, but for what it's worth, her reading concerning Kaylee says that a policeman killed her, and his initials are BP, which would refer to Bret Payne, but he was apparently out of town that weekend, either on a hunting trip or attending a wedding. The reading on Bryan Kohberger says that he is innocent. Eric Gower comes out as very suspicious. And she says the Bandfield Boys may have been look-outs and in a signal chain. Jeremy Kelley, father of Quinn, was part of a criminal gang, but she does not specify which, but it is rumoured it was the Aryan Knights. Quinn Kelley was recruited for the job and had a relative who was in Freemasonry, but it wasn't his father. She also states the homicides did not go entirely to plan and that Kaylee and Maddy were targeted in advance and killed as a ritualistic human sacrifice.

For the house she states it was a drug trafficking hub, but the operations went on under it and were then shifted elsewhere, that the narcotics trade and money laundering went on possibly through Hex, and that there were children disappearing.

On Rosendahl she states he had a huge ego and a bigger temper and was tainted and knew Demetrius Robinson.

She also relates that a high-ranking individual is ultimately responsible, and that this person is in the family of D. D. Foreman III, who was born in Illinois and is a Republican senator from Idaho, right-wing extremist, former Air Colonel, and former police officer in Moscow. His district, the 6th, includes Latah County. He has 7 children and 23 grandchildren. He has a history of angry public confrontations and denies discrimination in Idaho, even though the northern part of the state has a history of racist groups dating back to the establishment of the Aryan Nations in '73. However, one of his pieces of legislation supports the fight against fentanyl.

She also says that there was a conflict between DM on one side and Kaylee and Maddy on the other, which has already been stated in a rumour. DM was an accomplice but didn’t know it was going to be murder; however, after the fact, she continued to be an accomplice. She lured Kaylee to the house by making up a story that her dog Murphy was missing. By the way, Dylan apparently appeared in several photos online holding a knife (one of them I saw myself).

In a recent video Bombshells from Xana...) June 1, 2026, she reveals a direct contact with Xana in which she tells her that she got into a violent altercation with DM, and it was DM who killed her and that Ethan tried to intervene and pulled some of her hair out, and that she never liked DM. She as well tells of a Peter Egaragio (who may be the same Peter who was Ethan's best friend and Xana's ex) who angrily confronted Ethan about missing gear or money, blaming him for its disappearance, and Hunter Johnson was there and knew who took it but didn't say anything. As Rev. Sue so rightly points out, DM's focus is entirely on Xana, which shows consciousness of guilt.

Drug Gangs

In 2021, an informant provided crucial information that led to the arrest of the Fetty Bros (Matt Gudino-Pena, Hunter O'Mealy, and Caleb Carr), who were trafficking massive quantities of fentanyl, as well as methamphetamine, cocaine, and firearms, in August. This informant was naturally not named, but based on the timeline and locations, some have deduced that it was Mrs. Kernodle.

But rather than the Aryan Family itself as the possible perpetrators, it may have been the group known as Omerta, which may be associated with it. Omerta is popular in prisons and among white supremacists and may be involved in Odinism, a pagan cult that performs animal and human sacrifices and is responsible for a double murder in Delphi, Indiana, in 2017, for which Richard Allen was wrongfully convicted. He was forced to plead guilty by Odinist prison guards.

Omerta, named for the code of silence in organized crime, operates in groups of 3 (which would hypothetically connect to the 3 unidentified male DNA samples) and wears masks. Brandon Gerner and Joshua Jones were arrested in February 2024 for a double murder committed in November 2023 in Maple Valley, Washington. Kodey Olsen was with the other two at the crime scene but was killed in a shootout with police in December 2023.

Specifically named (by J. Embree of the Revealing YouTube channel) have been Michael Slokum, Bryson Gill, Isaac Cervantes, and Tyson Farley, but all had an airtight alibi.

On December 15, 2022, the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) carried out one of the largest seizures in Washington State history, seizing 100,000 fentanyl pills, 45 pounds of methamphetamine, and 26 firearms, and charging 4 individuals. And in 2023, 27 members of the Aryan Brotherhood or Aryan Family, a far-right prison gang that commits a variety of crimes, including drug trafficking, led by Jesse James Bailey, were charged.

Elize P under a Revelation Sue video (the 2^ndreading of Quinn Kelley) claims that she saw a comment by someone who lived in Moscow who said a drug cartel did it―3 or 4 guys with military training―and that it was a drug house, with Demetrius Robinson, Emma Bailey, QK, and DM selling narcotics from there, and that 275$ worth of drugs disappeared and JJ Bailey wanted the drugs or the money, and it was supposed to be a shakedown but turned into murder.

About 80% of all crimes are related to street drugs. Mexican cartels are responsible for 99% of the drugs smuggled into the U.S. The Sinaloa Cartel accounts for 45% and the Jalisco Cartel for 25%. There is a supply chain originating in Red China, where the chemical precursors for fentanyl are produced, leading to these two notorious cartels in Mexico, which manufacture the drugs and smuggle them to distribution networks in urban centers, and then on to an army of independent dealers in cities and towns. The two main routes for drug trafficking in Northern Idaho are Interstate 90, which runs from Seattle to Boston, and US 95, which runs from the BC border to the Sonora border, passing through southeastern Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. These intersect near Coeur d'Alene, which is about 50 miles north of Moscow. The ISP report that this region, northern Idaho, has had the highest number of drug seizures in the state in recent years.

If the Aryan Knights, who operate mostly in Idaho, or the Aryan Family or Omerta, who operate mostly in Washington, were the culprits it would be ironic, as Idaho and Washington have among the lowest drug-offense rates. Idaho, along with Washington, have an arrest rate below 2.7%; Texas has the highest at 19%, and Pennsylvania ranks 9th at 3% (only the top 10 are shown, with the 10th at 2.7%) (RosewoodRecovery.org). Also, Idaho ranks 41st in the total annual number of deaths due to drug overdoses, with 265 (Washington State ranks 22nd, with 1,260, and Pennsylvania is 2nd, with 4,377), and ranks 37th in the rate of deaths due to drug overdoses (per 100,000 residents), with 15.1 (Washington State is 35th, with 15.8, and Pennsylvania is 4th, with 35.6), with the national average being 21.6 (Drug Overdose Death Rates, drugabusestatistics.org).

Idaho also has 1 of the lowest murder rates (per 100,000) in the US and in the world. In the US (for 2024) it is in the bottom 5 states (under 2 %), with 1.6, while the highest are La. and NM each with 10.8, and DC has 25, which also has strict gun laws (OpenCrime.us). The world average is 6 (for 2025), which is also the US rate (FactsInstitute.com).

But whoever they were, the culprits were almost certainly on narcotics such as meth or steroids.

It is probable that the house had been under surveillance by the FBI for about 6 months prior to the homicides, presumably due to illegal drugs. There were also US Marshals in the city, and the 5 ''cowboys'' who visited the crime scene and retrieved articles from it are said to be US Marshals.

ISP Detective Victoria Gooch appeared before a subcommittee of the Idaho Criminal Justice Commission (ICJC) on human trafficking, which met on November 1, 2022, regarding a sting operation by the TVHTTF (Treasure Valley Human Trafficking Task Force)(sometimes referred to as Anti-Trafficking), and the rescue of 6 trafficked women, an operation that took place in September 2022, operating in Ada County, Canyon County, Nampa County, and others, and established by the ISP and Homeland Security (HT 110122 Minutes Approved, icjc.idaho.gov; 6 Idaho victims helped...KTVB.com; Inspiration to Many...cwi.edu). And DM was interviewed by Det. Gooch and Homeland Security. So there may well be a link between this Idaho 4 case and human trafficking, as Kelly Patterson indicated.

According to people on Reddit, Bethany’s testimony states that on that night she heard two fraternity members and Ethan shouting, furniture being moved, a loud noise, and then silence, and she saw two or three people heading toward the house, and she was able to identify the two fraternity members. This may be what the defense was referring to. The two or three people heading toward the house corresponds somewhat to Teasdale's report.

Alternative-Perpetrator Evidence Presented by the Defense

In a hearing in April 2025, the defense revealed that it has a tip, among some 20,000 it obtained from the prosecution, that says there were two perpetrators and two weapons. The decision is based on two criteria: relevance and admissibility, and it is subject to appeal. The defense had 3 private investigators at its disposal, including Richard Bitonti, and one of their experts, Brent Turvey, stated that there were necessarily multiple assailants and multiple weapons used against Kaylee, Maddy, and Ethan, and that Xana and Ethan were killed together.

On May 23, the defense submitted evidence of alternative perpetrators. On June 2, it filed its 23rd supplemental motion for discovery. On June 5, the judge ordered the defense be granted access to grand jury materials. On June 9, the judge granted a motion by the defense for an independent analysis of the evidence. Also on June 9, the defense filed a motion for additional exhibits, which was rejected on June 11. Again on June 11 the judge placed a delay on his own order to grant the defense access to grand jury materials. On June 12 the defense appealed the delay. On June 18 a public hearing was held regarding a deadline, and a closed hearing was held regarding alternative suspects. On June 26, the judge issued his rulings, and as expected, the motion to consider alternative suspects was denied, but it was subject to appeal, but there was none. There were ultimately 4 persons proposed. Three of them knew at least one of the victims, were familiar with the location, and lived nearby. They were interrogated by the police. The 4th had less evidence against him. The 3 elements of criminal opportunity were present: proximity, access, and intimate familiarity with the crime scene. And they owned ka-bar knives and had a motive. So they had motive, means, and opportunity. But their DNA did not match that found at the crime scene. Their names remain withheld.

According to the 2023 Bureau of Justice Statistics report, 40% of murders are committed by friends or acquaintances, 30% by intimate partners, and 15% by strangers, and in 15% the data are unknown.

The police dropped the case once they received information from the FBI that they had a suspect. The defense apparently admitted in their oral presentation that they did not have enough evidence to pursue the hypothesis in question (referred to in other states as “third-party suspects”), which is surprising, given that they were supposed to have it, but requested leeway in their cross-examinations, which they apparently obtained. The admissibility of evidence regarding alternative perpetrators in Idaho is based largely on the 2010 David Meister case, which is ironic, as the prosecutor was Bill Thompson Jr., and Mr. Meister was clearly innocent but was never exonerated despite appeals.

Why Was Kohberger the Fall Guy?

Brent Kopacka, an American soldier who served from 2005 to 2009 in Afghanistan (roughly at the same time as Brett Payne and in the same unit, the 82nd Airborne Division), suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, and had been awarded the Purple Heart, was killed by a SWAT team (specifically Sgt. Brent Boyd) under mysterious circumstances in his apartment building in Pullman, Washington, on Dec. 15, 2022, near the WSU campus and 9 miles from Moscow. The police deny any connection between the two events. Kopacka’s ex-girlfriend, Miss Zagelow, had ties to drug dealers, and they, in turn, may have had ties to those responsible for the Idaho 4 tragedy. It is rumoured they had chosen Kopacka as the scapegoat, but since he was deceased, they chose Kohberger instead, but this is contradicted by the fact they had their eye on Kohberger in late Nov. concerning the car. The FBI obtained a search warrant on Dec. 16 that was never disclosed, leading some to suspect it was for Kopacka’s i-phone. The FBI allegedly obtained Kopacka’s DNA and manipulated the statistical analysis to make it match Kohberger’s. There is a DNA scandal involving certain individuals linked to agencies connected to the Kohberger case, particularly Yvonne Woods. Judge John Judge at one point said ''Brent'' instead of ''Bryan'' and Anne Taylor at one point said ''Kopacka'' instead of ''Kohberger.'' Why they did and the connection between the 2 is unknown.

It is possible that Mr. Kohberger was working on predictive behavioural modeling, one of WSU’s projects. It is possible that he was already on a classified watch list as part of a cooperation agreement. In that case, his DNA might already be known to the authorities. The motive for concealment in this case could also indicate the protection of information regarding such a person (or, for that matter, someone who might be in a witness protection program). Since he chose a university in Washington when he could have enrolled at Penn State, for example, which also has a doctoral program in criminology, one might think that had something to do with all of this, but there were two universities he had applied to, UCal-Irvine and WSU, because they do not require the GRE (Graduate Records Examination). In any case, his lead attorney said in court that he had been chosen for this long ago. What this exactly refered to is unknown, but he appears to have been some kind of federal government asset.

TamaraTerry in a comment under If You Watch 1 Bethany Interview... by Custody Queens says that Sherlock Roams saw a photo of Dustin Blaker, Michael Kohberger, jr, and Bryan Kohberger at a conference on drug trafficking in Stroudsberg, Pa., that Bryan and his father are allegedly military assets, and that Sofia Katelyn (ex-CIA agent in Poland and the US) said that Kohberger was a brilliant criminologist and that when guilters learn why they threw him to the wolves their heads will spin.

Anne Taylor

She was a highly credentialed, capable, and reputable lawyer and appeared to be acting in Mr. Kohberger's best interests, however, there are a number of aspects that are open to serious question. She agreed to the pre-trial demolition of the students' house. She agreed to the sealed documents, of which there are an unprecedented 250, and the closed hearings. She did not file a complaint against Hippler, who was acting in the role of a prosecutor, which constituted a grave and flagrant violation of the Code of Judicial Ethics. She did not stress the fact that the knife sheath was necessarily planted, that transfer DNA is basically useless as evidence, and that conspiracy theories are basically and generally normal and usually lead to convictions. And in an unusual move she put out a press release which criticized Brent Turvey for allegedly violating a confidentiality agreement. He fired back asserting that he was speaking only of matters already publicly known or included in discovery. She did not cite any specific wrong doing and did not deny the shocking claim by Whitcomb that an anonymous person recorded a phone conversation with her, in which she says that the guilty plea came from her client only and that she does not know whether he is guilty or not, which is a quite bizarre deviation from her claims in court that her client was innocent. This anonymous source stated that Taylor did not ask how and why her client came to this decision. And he was shocked because there was overwhelming reasonable doubt, and they were all ready to go to trial. Turvey also said the Anne Taylor before the plea deal and after are 2 different people. It’s hard to imagine that Kohberger would have voluntarily thrown his life away, and it would be presumably to protect the FBI CI program in efforts to combat drug and human trafficking, which is using crime to fight crime. So he must have been forced through threats by the FBI or a prison gang against him, his family, and his lawyers. But it's possible he is being drugged.

Possibly Significant Connections

It is interesting to note that Hex reached a peak in media coverage in late 2022. Additionally, the Hex cryptocurrency wallets linked to the states of Washington and Idaho suddenly fell silent in November 2022. WSU was actively working on projects in digital forensics, cybersecurity profiling, and social engineering, and was studying predictive behavioural modeling.

Steve Gonçalves was wearing a Hex cap in a few interviews. Hex was into a pyramid scheme, which is fraudulent, and rumour has it that might be why he ended up $700,000 in debt, if he was in debt, due to a cryptocurrency scam he either participated in or fell victim to. If there is a connection, it could explain his cryptic statement regarding the horrible events at 1122 King Road, ''I payed my debt''. He also said, ''They didn't have to go upstairs.''

FTX, a centralized cryptocurrency exchange founded in May 2019 by Sam Bankman-Fried and Garry Wang, became insolvent on November 11, 2022. At the height of its activity, the platform had one million users and was, by volume, the third largest cryptocurrency exchange.

Cryptocurrency is widely used by individuals and conspiratorial organizations for illicit purposes such as drug and human trafficking, money laundering, child porn, fraud, theft, malware attacks, scams (like the Ponzi scheme just mentioned), stolen data, arms dealing, etc. Such criminals are especially hard to catch, so cybersecurity is a major concern.

Palantir is a company specializing in big data analytics, co-founded in 2003 by Peter Thiel—who also co-founded PayPal and founded Rumble, sits on the steering committee of the Bilderbergers (a notorious conspiratorial group, or in other words, an organized crime entity)—and is funded by the CIA, In-Q-Tel (the CIA’s venture capital arm), and Founders Fund (Thiel’s company), uses AI, and positions itself as a decision-making aid. It offers platforms to public agencies and private companies, but primarily to the CIA and NSA (2 notorious conspiracy groups), the DHS, the FBI (largely corrupt), the Marine Corps, the U.S. Air Force, and Special Operations (based at Fort Bragg), West Point, the New York and LA police departments, and the secret agencies of a dozen European countries, including France (Direction générale de la Sécurité intérieure). In her book One Nation Under Blackmail, Whitney Webb describes Palantir as a CIA surveillance program, so it's actually a CIA front. The company was complicit in the war crimes of the Israeli Defense Force (3 of its 4 founders are Jewish) and has been successfully sued for discrimination against East Asians, as well as for fraud, conspiracy, and copyright infringement. The name is derived from Tolkien and means “seeing stone.” The Bilderbergers and secret agencies are all part of the conspiracy culture.

Othram Lab is 1 of the 13 portfolio companies funded by Giga Funds, a venture capital company, co-founded in 2017 by Polish-born Lukasz Nosek and Stephen Oskoui. The former was also co-founder and managing partner of Founders Fund (which has invested in Palantir, Facebook, and AirBnB) from 2006 to the present and a co-founder of PayPal and was PayPal's Marketing and Strategy VP from 1998 to 2002. Oskoui is based in Austin, Tx. and is 1 of 4 co-founders of Endorse Liberty, a super-PAC supporting Ron Paul, which has received a 2 ml. $ donation from Peter Thiel, because he wants to look like a libertarian, which he isn't.

The Holland & Hart law firm hired Joshua Hurwit as a partner on October 1, 2025. Hurwit was one of the lawyers for the prosecution from April 2025 until the plea change in July 2025. The firm was involved in the attempt by Scott Green, president of the U of Idaho, to acquire the U of Phoenix.

Green is associated with the FBI through Louie Freeh, who served as FBI director from 1993 to 2001, a tenure during which he was heavily criticized for a series of serious blunders. Freeh founded Freeh Group International Solutions in 2007, where Green served as a director from 2012 to 2015.

The Lynch Mob

The majority of the general public, as well as experts, journalists, and broadcasters, are spreading propaganda and disinformation in support of the prosecution in this case; as a result, they are protecting organized crime, whether intentionally or not, and exhibiting a lynch mob mentality and therefore they have little to do with truth and justice. This same attitude, which is evident in the 3 current high-profile cases (Bryan Kohberger, Karen Read, and Richard Allen) and which was evident in the Amanda Knox case, must also have been present in previous high-profile cases. Many innocecnt people have even been executed. Naturally, members of the lynch mob can never admit they are wrong because they always maintain the guilt of the falsely accused.

The conspiracy denial culture, which is part of the anti-truth movement, says there are no conspiracies or something very similar, which makes no sense whatsoever and protects criminal factions within governments (like secret agencies and the UFO cover-up) and within corporations and other organized crime entities like the Mafia, drug cartels, banking cartels, pedophilia and human trafficking rings, Big Pharma, war profiteers, etc. Theories are considered legitimate exept where it concerns conspiracies.

Conspiracy denial is at the very least based on the authoritarian idea that the authorities are incapable of criminality and that orthodoxy is always right. Obviously, "conspiracism," which is actually anti-conspiracism, opposes conspiracies, so those who oppose conspiracy theories support conspiracies, and conspiracy theories are an integral part of police and judicial procedure, as all accusations of conspiracy must necessarily have a theory behind them. And most of these theories, or hypotheses if you will, which are formulated by investigative journalists, scholars, police officers, lawyers, and others, are based on solid evidence and often even proven beyond any doubt, and most conspiracy theorists are conspiracy realists. And conspiracy culture or the culture of conspiracy is organized crime, not at all the people who oppose conspiracies.

So the conspiracy denial culture says there was no conspiracy behind 9/11, and exactly in those words, which contradicts even the official account. And they call anything they don't like a conspiracy theory even if it's not a conspiracy theory, as when the theory says only 1 person was responsible or when there is no crime. They appear to have no idea of what ''conspiracy'' means nor what ''theory'' means. This is their level of intelligence.

The Tate murders, which were very similar to this case (6 in the house with not all being killed; multiple victims with dozens of stab wounds each; multiple perpetrators), involved a conspiracy theory by the police and prosecution, and they were right, of course, just as we are.

The CIA engineering a psych op to make ''conspiracy theory'' into a dirty word and detering opposition to conspiracies wasn't a brilliant stratagem, contrary to what some say, because it was effective only because of the illogic and irrationality of most of the public and their willingness to be lied to, for it likes to hear comforting lies instead of uncomfortable truths and is too stubborn to ever change its mind when it needs to. The only exception I can think of is the JFK assassination in which there always was 60% of Americans who believed it was a conspiracy, according to the most reliable surveys. Ironically, it was shortly after that tragedy that the CIA started this psych op, which, ironically again but not surprisingly, is supported mostly by the far left, even though the plot was far rightist.

And the mainstream media are used as the propaganda arm of government to do disinformation, perception management, engineering of concensus, and brainwashing.

The conspiracy culture (organized crime and its apologists), like official science, the lynch mob, and the anti-truth movement in general, uses the totalitarian tactic of mud slinging against any dissidents or dissenters, which indicates a severe and deep-seated psychopathology.

In fact, the relationship between the power elite (also called the Establishment, pathocracy, plutocracy, etc.) is a toxic one and is a macrocosm of the abusive-partner relationship, where the abusive partner is domineering and manipulative, and uses gas lighting, that is, makes the victim believe it's he/she who has the psych problems, when it's the abusive partner who does, and this is seen in the fact that anything outside of orthodoxy is ostracized. The relationship is co-dependent: the Establishment needs the people to victimize, and most of the people usually defer to the Establishment and usually uncritically believe their version of the story; in the microcosm the victim often needs therapy to get away from the dependency. ''Pathocracy'' is a word coined by Polish psychologist Andrew Lobachevsky in his 2015 book Political Ponerology and refers to the mental illness of predatory regimes, which are narcissistic and sociopathic/anti-social.

Of course, ''anti-social'' has been normalized and institutionalized as an abusive confusionism for intraverts, just as infantile, confusionist slurs have been normalized and institutionalized against intellectuals. This is naturally the usual hypocrisy of a radicalized, desensitized society that pretends to be sensitive and egalitarian with its political ''correctness'' and ''wokism'' but is really repressive, intolerant, and elitist. But the hypocrisy doesn't end there, as ultra-leftists oppose capital punishment but support regimes that exercise it and are inspired by the French Revolution, and most socialists are very selective about the plutocracy they oppose, so they support multibillionaires like Bill Gates, Big Tech oligarchs, Big Pharma, and the WEF. I could go on.

The Culture of Secrecy

In this case an unprecedented number of documents have been sealed, around 250, and the court continues to keep documents sealed, and the unsealed ones have many and often large blacked out portions, police documents also have many and often large blacked out portions, and audio or video releases are muted in several places and faces are blurred when they are already public. And there have been many closed hearings. All of this is censorship that goes far beyond what is appropriate for protection of privacy or whatever other pretext they use. And 3 surveillance cameras disappeared at Gypsy Java, Mundy's Machine Shop, and Wasson Quarry, as earlier mentioned. And the FBI continues to refuse to release the transcript or audio or video of the interrogation of Bryan Kohberger. All of which shows contempt for the right to know and for freedom of information.

EWU (Explore With Us) Media, an independent media and news-gathering company producing investigative journalism, true crime documentaries, and public records reporting across YouTube, Spotify, Roku, and EWU Plus, has requested information thru the FIA, but Moscow refuses to coopereate, so EWU filed a lawsuit Feb. 20, 2026 against the City of Moscow and its Police Department in Latah County District Court. A hearing was held in May 2026 presided over by Judge Megan Marshall concerning a court petition by EWU, but Moscow is stalling and stonewalling, still refusing to abide by the FIA. EWU's lawyer is Kersti Kennedy, who is with Givens Pursley (Franklin Lee was a lawyer with this firm, and he is alleged to have had David Berriochoa's mother as a paralegal).

If the investigation had been done properly, the real perpetrators would have been found probably within a month. Now it is pretty much guaranteed they will never be found, but hopefully they will be killed in, or imprisoned for, the commission of other crimes.

And a massive and systemic cover-up has been proven beyond any doubt in the case at hand, as in many other cases, because of innumerable failures to follow up on leads, failures to investigate possible or potential suspects, improper crime scene procedure, improper chain of custody, planting of evidence, destruction of evidence, ignoring of evidence, and lack of transparency.

In total, there were 112 people working on the case: 33 from the MPD, 35 from the ISP, and 44 from the FBI, but the lead investigator, Tyson Berrett, who had over 20 years experience, was replaced after only one day, likely because Payne was better suited for the cover-up and the setup. Payne, a police corporal and the author of the affidavit of probable cause, served as lead investigator despite his lack of experience (he had been with the police for only two years), testified at one of the pre-trial hearings, and was awarded a prize for his role in the investigation! He was named Rooky of the Year in 2020. He served in the same unit as Brent Kopacka (18th Airborne Corps, 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade [the Falcon Brigade] in Afghanistan, though it’s unclear if they were there at the same time—in 2022 Payne was 32 and Kopacka was 36.

Fourteen people resigned, retired, or found new, similar positions in the wake of this case: James Fry, Bret Payne, Corbin Smith, Roger Lanier, Tyson Berrett, John Judge, John Ogdenorth, Casey Green, John Lawrence, Brandon Hopple, Kendrick Wills, Brian Chamberlin, Kirk Schultz, and Kevin Satterlee. For most it is most likely a case of corruption fatigue.

So there is a culture of secrecy, which flows automatically from the culture of conspiracy. And the power elite creates a culture of fear, fear of recognizing and exposing conspiracies. If conspiracies are not recognized and exposed, they cannot be denounced and opposed.

Lamentably, key questions surrounding the case are not likely to get answers anytime soon, if ever, and LE and the courts are allowed to be above the law whenever it suits their purposes or the purposes of organized crime.
